I’m Gregory Goodman and I am running for Rancho Mirage City Council.
All my life I’ve believed in giving back; giving to those in need, and giving to my community where I am blessed to have lived for 12 years now.
I am committed to bringing my fresh perspective and new ideas to the council to support others in doing great things in our welcoming city. Small business owners need more support now than ever. Having had over 40 years’ experience in the small business world, I can be their voice to facilitate growth in our local economy by offering proper planning, discussing the need for sufficient funding, and developing effective marketing.
I believe in building stronger relationships which, in turn, will have more positive Influences in Rancho Mirage. This is why I feel having oversight committees for HOAs is extremely important. These committees can help members feel needed and valued leading to increased homeowner satisfaction. I can be that community organizer.
Another priority is setting term limits for our local government positions. Let’s open our government to new people with new ideas. Let’s focus on the officeholder doing the work of governing rather than just trying to win elections. Let’s focus on the public
interest in the beautiful city of Rancho Mirage.
